● UrumaDelvi (Judge)

UrumaDelvi is a unit name of two artists.  They express such a characteristic world  and make such as picture story book and cartoon film and so on.  This character (see below) was one of the best hit in Japan at 2007.  Ministry of Economy in Japan gave them a title to “Super Creator.”  A member of the board of directors for the Japanese Animation of Association and International Animation of Association.

President of "Blooming Life" Company;

founded on September 2009 in Tokyo Japan to create employment opportunities for women in Asia, especially Cambodia and Thailand, by providing sewing supplies and design work.  ・Organized Charity Seminar in June 2009 and raised and donate $15,000 USD to Cambodia International Education Support Foundation.・Panelist on "Symposium 2009"; a symposium designed to encourage Cambodian entrepreneurs.

Why Cambodia ?

Back in 1999 in Tokyo, Japan I applied for the Women Entrepreneur Business Plan Contest. This was such an educational and significant experience for me. I was so appreciative of this opportunity that I wanted to organize some kind of contest to look for and assist potential designers in other countries. I had a chance to visit to Angkor Wat in 2009 and was overwhelmed with the magnificents and majesty of this place.  I also had the opportunity to interact with the Cambodian people for the first time. I was amazed at their warmth and friendship.  I witnessed so many women, both young and old, caring for their children/families; I soon decided to hold mydesign contest here in Cambodia. I believe that this event will increase the number of women who have the spirit of challenge in Cambodia.
